Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law programme must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Kerala and the University of Calicut.
Candidates must possess an LL.B. Degree (3-Year or 5-Year Integrated Programme) awarded by the University of Calicut or any other University recognized as equivalent by the University of Calicut.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the LL.B. degree (either the 3-year LL.B. or 5 year Integrated LL.B.) from a recognized university.
Candidates appearing for the final LL.B. examination may also apply for the entrance examination, but they must produce the qualifying degree/provisional certificate and mark lists before admission.
Admission is subject to the regulations, eligibility conditions, and reservation policies applicable to postgraduate law programmes.
Admission to the LL.M. programme is made in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Government of Kerala and the University of Calicut. As per the University Regulations, admissions are currently based on the Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala, or any other admission procedure notified by the competent authorities from time to time.
